Virtual consultation
Convenient for regional referrers and examinees, without compromising rigour.

The examinee attends a confidential video consultation at an arranged time, from home or the instructing office, on a secure platform.
A structured, evidence-based report is prepared addressing each question, with impairment ratings provided where requested.
Is a virtual assessment suitable?
Telehealth examination is well suited to many file reviews, supplementary opinions and assessments where a detailed physical examination is not central to the question.
Drawing on published work in benefit–risk frameworks for virtual health care, each referral is screened so that matters genuinely requiring in-person examination are identified early and arranged at the Shellharbour consulting suites.
